The Association has a zero-tolerance policy for any behaviour that could potentially expose our young golfers, their families, or our Executive members to inappropriate conduct. We encourage you to submit a conduct report if you believe that anyone associated with our events is not meeting the standards we aim to uphold. Rest assured, any information you provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and handled appropriately.

This initiative aims to ensure that before a ball is teed off, all parties understand the expected standards of conduct and behaviour during our events and those of our partner clubs.
Code of Conduct Declarations
Starting in 2024, all players and their associated representatives must read and agree to their respective codes of conduct before any player registration is approved for our events, including team matches. The Association will securely retain this information and ensure its deletion at the end of each playing year.
